Happy Papa's Day~

Before the day ends like any other ordinary day, I just want to dedicate a post to the man of my life, a man who loves me so wholeheartedly like no second man would, a man whom I know would give everything just so that I get the best. Thank you daddy, I love you too!

So anyway, Happy Father's Day to all selfless pappas!

Four years ago...

Oh before I start, congrats to the Korean team. I always knew Ahn Jung Hwan is good. whahahaha. Oh yah and, good morning Huanlin, my ONLY Ahn Jung Hwan comrade I come across so far. Oh I learnt a new Korean phrase on Class 95, "Tey Haning Guk" which means Well done Korea. Hur hur hur...

SO anyway, last night Korean match reminded me of the last World Cup 4 years ago.. So many many many things happened 4 years ago...And I made a list of the significant 4:

1. I stayed in China for sometime 4 years ago.. I had loads of nice, sweet strawberries, further dipped in sugar. It was a few months before World Cup and
I bought many many many many memorabilia for friends and him there. Why did I emphasize on the many? Cos' I still have some leftovers after 4 years!

2. I was watching World Cup matches with 2 friends whom I thought I could keep for the rest of my life.. I still had the "Anti-Korean" flag made by one of them to spite me, until I threw it away the beginning of this year. Hur. Somethings are best kept in memories only.

3. I was waiting for my A levels results, waiting to be a undergraduate. 4 years later, I proclaim to be a graduate. I loafed for 6 months simply doing nothing in particular, and I missed that kind of life. *I am so resolved to be a taitai*

4. I was in the pink of health, I've got great friends, I thought I had him and life was hopeful and carefree.

Anyway, it's World Cup once again. I thank God to be alive. May the best team win. *speaking of which, I do not understand why some people thinks that Brazil is dominating the World Cup if they continue to win. If they are good, and lucky, they win. What's wrong with that? Other teams should just work harder so that they can defeat them next time.*

Every World Cup, I will be reminded of the bet we made 8 years ago, many many many of us owned Yaoyao a meal at Seoul Garden which we so happily forgot. *heaves a huge sigh* Times you could derive so much pleasure out of simple things, it was just fun sitting around as a class, making wild guesses.

I love World Cup. Not because of the cute boys I get to see, the nice* and not-so-nice* matches being played. But how friends would come together to watch it, even when they are not soccer fans. And every 4 years, I get to look back and see how far I've moved, be it forward or back..
So where have you been the past 4 years? I never left cos' you might need me again..

My declaration of Love
I need to know how to feel without you.. I need to find myself, to give you the space you need, to move in a different direction from yours.. I want to know how life can go on without you.. I want to embrace joy, indulge in love, to enjoy every drop of sunshine that falls on me.. I will conquer my fear of living in a world without you.. I will live my life as though I had never met you...
